About LeaderQuest

Our Story

LeaderQuest was born from a pivotal moment between our founder, Ara Oh, and her then seven-year-old daughter. Wanting to make a "special day" together, Ara- a busy working mother- planned an outing with bags packed full of her favorite books, puzzles, and art activities. As they settled in at the cafe, her daughter cleared the table and asked, “Mom, can we just talk? These activities are fun, but I like talking with you more.”

In that moment, Ara realized a universal truth. Despite a schedule filled with activities and screens, what children truly crave is deep, human connection with their loved ones.

Drawing on over a decade of management consulting experience, Ara saw a familiar gap. She realized that the same strategic frameworks used to lead organizations could be adapted to help children navigate their own worlds. She founded LeaderQuest on the belief that leadership isn't a title. It’s a mindset. It begins at home, where everyday conversations build the character, critical thinking, and communication skills children need to lead their own lives.

What began as a personal journey has evolved into Future Leaders™, a structured and kid-friendly system designed to replace shallow small talk with authentic connection and purposeful dialogue.
